Terms of Service

1. The service

IntakeDrive helps vehicle sellers generate branded spec sheets and compile service histories for vehicle listings from VIN data, questionnaires, and documents they upload. Documents and histories are compiled by the seller; IntakeDrive does not independently verify them. Service histories are assembled in part by automated (AI) reading of the documents you upload, which can misread, miss, or misclassify information. You are responsible for reviewing every generated document for accuracy before relying on or sharing it.

2. Your content & right to share

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload. By uploading — and especially by sharing a package (which gives the recipient read-only access to your spec sheet, service summary, and redacted copies of the files you uploaded) — you represent and warrant that:

You grant IntakeDrive a non-exclusive license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. Deciding what to include and share is your responsibility.

3. Redaction

If you draw redaction boxes on uploaded documents, those boxes are burned into the copies in your downloadable packet and into the copies shown through shared links (buyer shares and preview links) — shared viewers do not receive your original files. Redaction covers only what you actually draw: a page with no boxes is delivered as-is, and generating the packet is what burns the boxes in. You are solely responsible for confirming redactions cover what you intend before sharing or distributing a document.

4. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold IntakeDrive harmless from any claim, loss, or expense arising out of content you upload or publish, including claims of infringement or privacy violation.

5. Acceptable use

Don't upload unlawful content, content you lack rights to, or other people's personal information without authorization. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service and remove or disable any content or shared package.

6. Plans & billing

Paid plans and credits are billed as described at checkout. Generating final documents consumes listing credits. Promotional pricing reverts to standard rates when the promotion ends.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The service and all generated documents are provided “as is,” without warranty. Vehicle data and decoded specifications, and any data extracted automatically from uploaded documents, may be incomplete or inaccurate. To the extent permitted by law, IntakeDrive is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

8. Accounts & termination

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms; on termination we may delete your content, so export anything you need beforehand.

9. Age & eligibility

The service is intended for business use by individuals who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

10. Takedown & contact

If you believe shared content infringes your rights or exposes your information, contact us and we will review and remove it. Sellers can revoke a shared package at any time, which immediately cuts off everyone who had access.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in California for any dispute arising out of them.
